Actor Jang Keun Suk’s love for new students became a hot issue.
In the episode of TV Chosun’s The Trend that aired on June 10, the popular segment titled “Made In” covered Jang Keun Suk and his school life at Hanyang University told by professor Choi Young In.
The professor began with compliment, “He’s a celebrity and an enthusiastic student before all the others. Despite his reputation as a Hallyu star, he is an easygoing person.
Last year, we provided 2 million won scholarship for 20 students each, only by the interest of Keun Suk’s payment to school. We decided not to use the principal he had donated. Who would give such amount of money for school?” She continued to talk about his love for younger students at school.
Also, a friend of Jang at university shared the star’s free life at school. He said that Jang organized a school festival himself and created a club in which he danced with actor Ha Suk Jin who enrolled in the same year. Jang’s friend revealed the video of their dance.
