Great news, Tree J just provide an email address for members who encounter problems while apply for membership. If you have any problems with membership applications for JKS Full Membership, please send your questions tojkshotline@gmail.com .
Please remember that it should be in Korean or in English.
I heard that if you have problem about the cri show MY, you can also submit your question to this email address.

IMPORTANT:

#1 Queries should be asked in either Korean or English

#2 Do remember, any email from you to this address will be open by Tree-J staff. So please asked only appropriate language and with manners.
